Scenario: A client of TCS from Australia comes to visit their Indian team that support their IT infrastructure. What is the best way in a such a situation to create an environment of understanding each others values, find synergies to work together efficiently. In such cases a team bonding program is focused on making teams work together to generate respect, trust and understanding with each other. This was an experiential journey between TCS Noida team and their client team from Australia.
